Returns Policy
We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Here’s everything you need to know about returns and exchanges.
Damaged or faulty items
If your item arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll be happy to resolve it—whether that means a replacement or a full refund.
Change of mind
If you’re not happy with your order, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your items. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition
- Fabric must be uncut and in its original packaging
- You’ll need your order number or proof of purchase
We do not accept returns on cut fabric, custom orders, or sale items, unless they are faulty.
How to return
- Email us at returns@lalikul.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
- We’ll provide return instructions and a return address.
- Package the item securely and send it back to us.
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
