Pricing

All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed once full payment has been received. We accept all major credit/debit cards and PayPal. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed.

Shipping

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 working days. Delivery times and shipping costs will vary depending on your location and will be shown at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service or customs.

Returns & Refunds

If you’re not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in original condition. Due to the nature of fabric cutting, we cannot accept returns on custom orders or cut fabric unless faulty.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
